Approved Training Organisation

Following the departure of the UK from the EU on 31 December 2020, Wingglider successfully completed the early application process as laid out by European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) to hold certification.

Europe has centralised the process to authorise third-country (non-EU) operators performing commercial air transport operations into the EU, thereby replacing various schemes of the EASA Member States previously in place. Instead, a single safety authorisation is issued centrally by the European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA).

Wingglider now holds EASA Third Country Approval (EASA.GBR.ATO.0216) and furthermore, Wingglider also holds UK CAA Approval (GBR.ATO-0216).
