Skydive Aircraft for Hire

Wingglider has a total of seven aircraft available for aircraft leasing, all of which are suitable for parachuting.  They have proven popular at skydiving dropzones around the world.

5x Dornier Do28 G92

• Configured as a parachute flying aircraft
• Twin turbine tail-wheel aircraft
• Single crew pilot, provided by Wingglider
• 15 skydivers – 2 benches and restraints inside
• Large left-hand skydiver door – width 1.27m, height 1.35m
• Inside and outside rails, camera step, exit lights
• Static Line strong point
• Excellent C of G characteristics with no limitations for skydiving exits
• 4 Flights per hour to 13,000 feet
• 320 Litres Jet A1/kerosene per hour
• Minimum 550-meter runway length required

The DO28 G92 is particularly favoured by skydiving teams and larger formations on account of its large door and is used annually for the British National Skydiving Championships at Hibaldstow.

2x Cessna Caravan C208B Set with Texas Turbine Conversion

• Configured for Parachute Flying
• Single Turbine aircraft
• Single crew pilot, provided by Wingglider
• 18 Skydivers – 2 bench and restraints inside
• Large left-hand skydiver door – width 1.17m, height 1.11m
• Inside and outside rails, camera step, exit lights
• Static Line strong point
• 3.5 Flights per hour to 13,000 feet
• 160 Litres Jet A1/kerosene per hour
• Minimum 800-meter runway length required

Aircraft Hire Contracts

Aircraft Hire Contracts and price agreements can be tailored to meet you dropzone requirements or event. The leasee is responsible for all permissions, authorisations, and NOTAMs required for the aircraft to fly in their country. Wingglider can provide aircraft documentation and certification upon request.
